Butterscotch

Release Info:

Butterscotch was released in 1983 with Flat-Feet. She came out later in the same year but with concave feet instead. (They figured out that the FF's had a tendency to fall on their noses.) She was released again as part of the Collectors Pony Mail Order offer in 1985 good through 5/30/86. They were also offered in another Mail Order offer good through 6/30/87. She was also offered again in another mail order offer from 87-1/31/1988.

In Canada Butterscotch was available through a Mail Order Offer in 1986 which was good through 6/30/87.

Butterscotch was released as a bonus pony late in 2003 as a Walmart exclusive, the was available to all stores in the Berry Pickin' Fun dress up set. She also was released again in 2005 as an Easter pony with a fluffy rabbit ears and a tail and was released once again as a bonus pony in the Super Sundae's Ice Cream Parlor at CVS Stores.

1982 Flat-Foot Buttercotch

The 1983 Flat-Foot Butterscotch did not have a backcard story.

Interesting Variation
This is probably just a dye lot variation but Starhopper sent me pictures of a non-faded Butterscotch Flat-Foot that is a shade or two lighter than the normal one.
